電話交換機的概念簡介

電話交換機是一種特殊用途的用戶交換機。它有若干電話機共用外線，適用于機關、團體、中小企業(yè)等單位，也可以用于住宅和秘書電話。

集團電話交換機不需要專職的話務員和維護人員，每部都可以通過指示燈了解整個系統(tǒng)的工作情況。當外線呼入時，可由任意一部話機應答，并可以轉給所需的被叫。任何一部話機要呼外線時，只要按下代表空閑外線的相應鍵，即可撥號呼叫外線。
Group telephone exchange does not require full-time operator and maintenance personnel, each can know the work of the whole system through the indicator light. When an outside call is called, it can be answered by any phone and can be forwarded to the called party. When any phone wants to call an outside line, you can dial an outside call just by pressing the corresponding key representing the free outside line.
有的集團電話還具有會議電話、縮位撥號、熱線服務、群呼、廣播、遇忙回呼、呼叫轉移、呼出限制、呼叫等待、內線保密、外線保密、停電自動轉移等各種功能。

內置電腦話務員（IVR）：通過語音導航，可把電話轉接到制定的分機，語音引導可以是單級導航，也可以是多級導航。的級數可以達到16級?？傉Z音提示時長為120秒。通過語音引導，可以引導客戶進行電話轉移，也可以進行信息查詢。

來電彈屏：有來電時，在來電顯示電話上顯示來電號碼；同時在電腦的右下角彈出一個框框，顯示來電人的號碼、姓名和單位。
